Terms of Service
Legal agreement between you (the Customer) and Nocturna Network LTD for the use of GlobalLeadSuite.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. We may update them with 30 days notice to all registered users. Material changes require your acceptance to continue using the service.

Acceptable use
No spam, no illegal targeting, no scraping of protected PII, no abuse of the Marketplace, no reverse-engineering the AI engines, no reselling without a Reseller agreement. - 02
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly or annual billing via Stripe. Automatic renewal unless cancelled. Full refund within 14 days of first subscription. Pro-rata refund on downgrade. No refund on credits consumed. - 03
Credit economy
Credits are the unit of consumption for AI engines and Marketplace modules. Credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed. - 04
Service availability
Target 99.5% uptime (Starter/Growth/Scale), 99.9% uptime SLA on Enterprise. Service credits for breach documented in /sla. - 05
Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation. - 06
Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal necessity. Export of your data available for 30 days post-termination.
