Terms of Service

The rules of using GlobalLeadSuite.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using GlobalLeadSuite (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms with Nocturna Network Ltd ("us", "we"), a company registered in the UK (Company Number 16846806, VAT 506869363). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to form a contract.
Provide accurate information.
Keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and payments

Plans billed monthly in USD or EUR based on your region.
Payments processed by Stripe.
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime from /dashboard/billing.
No refunds for partial months, except as required by law.
Credit packs are one-time, non-refundable, and expire 12 months after purchase.
VAT added where applicable per UK and EU law.

4. Credits and usage

Credits are consumed per operation (see /docs/credits).
Monthly credits do not rollover (reset on billing anniversary).
Credit packs do rollover and stack.
Running out of credits may limit operations until you top up or upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

Spam, send unsolicited email, or violate CAN-SPAM / GDPR / PECR
Scrape data from sources that prohibit it
Harass, defame, or target protected classes
Reverse engineer the Service
Resell or sublicense without written permission (except via the official Affiliate program)
Use the Service for illegal activities
Share account credentials

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of leads, campaigns, and content you create.
You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the legality of your lead data (consent, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
We can suspend accounts that materially violate anti-spam laws.

7. Third-party integrations

Using integrations (PDL, Clearbit, Instantly, FB CAPI, etc.) is subject to their terms.
Costs for enrichment and outreach are deducted from your credits.
We are not responsible for third-party outages or data quality.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, UI, code, and brand belong to Nocturna Network Ltd.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
Our marks (GlobalLeadSuite logo, name) may not be used without written permission.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results (lead quality, reply rates, conversions) or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime from /dashboard/billing.
We can suspend or terminate for Terms violations.
On termination, you lose Service access; your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.
Credit refunds only for Service outages longer than 72 hours (see /sla).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are resolved in UK courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
